\\r\\n\\r\\n \\r\\n The membership of IGL Smart Card Fleet Program is extended to fleet owners, Cluster\\r\\n operators, fleet operators, Government, institutions, corporates as well as\\r\\n individuals. Anyone who owns commercial vehicles like trucks, buses, Goods Vehicles,\\r\\n LCVs, cars, taxis, jeeps, vans, etc. can enroll for this fleet program.\\r\\n \\r\\n

\\r\\n\\r\\nHow to enroll?
\\r\\n\\r\\n Following is the process to become an IGL SMART CARD FLEET Member -\\r\\n
\\r\\n\\r\\n 1.\\r\\n \\r\\n Fleet customer will visit to www.iglsmartcard.com\\r\\n and Click on Registration button in the Fleet registration section.\\r\\n \\r\\n \\r\\n
\\r\\n\\r\\n 2.\\r\\n \\r\\n Once details are filled, A registration form with registration number will be generated\\r\\n and sent to registered Mobile number of the Fleet Operator.\\r\\n \\r\\n
\\r\\n\\r\\n 3.\\r\\n \\r\\n Visit IGL Corporate Office and provide registration form along with copies of\\r\\n supporting documents (Registration Certificates & Signed and Stamp Form)\\r\\n \\r\\n
\\r\\n\\r\\n 4.\\r\\n \\r\\n IGL will verify the details mentioned on portal with supporting documents and assign\\r\\n card numbers against the fleet owner’s vehicles.\\r\\n \\r\\n
\\r\\n\\r\\n 5.\\r\\n \\r\\n A Demand Draft needs to be deposit Favoring “Indraprastha Gas Limited” for issuance of\\r\\n fleet card. The cost of one card is Rs 118 (including GST).\\r\\n \\r\\n
\\r\\n\\r\\n 6.\\r\\n \\r\\n Email/ SMS will go for all portal registrations.\\r\\n \\r\\n
\\r\\n\\r\\n 7.\\r\\n \\r\\n Once registered, Customer can login to portal and change PIN for all new cards.\\r\\n \\r\\n
\\r\\n\\r\\n 8.\\r\\n \\r\\n Customer can also add new card request on portal.\\r\\n \\r\\n

\\r\\n\\r\\n \\r\\n No, you only require to control all the vehicles in your fleet. Ownership is not\\r\\n necessary. For example - if you have 10 vehicles in your fleet wherein seven are owned\\r\\n by you and three are hired but controlled by you, then you are eligible for the\\r\\n membership.\\r\\n \\r\\n

The call centre will arrange for\\r\\n permanent/ temporary hotlisting of card immediately. You can also see the card blocked\\r\\n status on website through your login.\\r\\n \\r\\n

\\r\\n\\r\\n \\r\\n Hot listing the card means blocking the card for any future transactions. Once a card\\r\\n is hotlisted, no transactions can be done using that card. Hotlisting is of two types:\\r\\n

\\r\\n \\r\\n- Temporary hotlisting: Card is hotlisted but can be reactivated later. This card can be reactivated through portal or Helpdesk.
